The Projects Company - Leading UK Provider of Accredited Training

Gina Negus - Founder and Managing Director of The Projects Company has over 20 years experience working in the not for profit and SME sectors.  She began by successfully directing a seven-figure capital appeal for the UK's first Ecumenical "Cathedral" in Milton Keynes.  Gina is a "hands-on" consultant and accredited trainer so leads by example and ensures The Projects Company delivers the highest standards in all service areas.  Gina, in her spare time, is a licensed children's theatre chaperone and school governor.

Sheron Ferguson - Business Development Manager and Accredited Trainer joined The Projects Company to establish the regional office in Cheshire and promote The Projects Company in the north of England.  Sheron came from a national brain injury charity where she held the position of Head of Fundraising for six years and prior to that was general manager of a regional charity supporting people with learning disabilities.  Sheron is a first class trainer and presenter and has the ability to find the "fun" in fundraising.   In addition to this, Sheron has extensive experience in media, sales and commercial business.  Sheron is very active in her local community and has run a local youth club for over five years.  Sheron is also a fan of northern soul music but we don't hold that against her!

Tricia Monro - Business Consultant and Accredited Trainer - has been an Associate of The Projects Company for several years on a freelance basis.  An experienced fundraiser, Tricia worked in a senior fundraising role for a national cancer charity and a national volunteer agency before becoming a freelance consultant seven years ago.  In addition to delivering accredited training on the Institute of Fundraising’s Certificate in Fundraising Management, Tricia's area of expertise within The Projects Company is within the programme of accredited project management.  Tricia has an excellent track record of assisting the delegates she trains to achieve a recognised qualification through the Association for Project Management’s Introductory Certificate in Project Management, including those with no previous knowledge of this discipline.  For the past five years Tricia has also been a trustee of the national charity, Action for Prisoners Families.
